BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

With no long term contracts, you're free to cancel whenever you wish, no questions asked. To cancel, complete our Online Cancellation Form or speak to customer service by calling 1-877-914-8575.

We always send out cancellation confirmations within 24 hours to the email address we have on file. If you cancel but don't receive a confirmation, contact us here so we can resolve the situation.

Every 24 hours we add new books, audiobooks and music for you to enjoy.

With daily content updates, we may just have what you're looking for. You're also more than welcome to send a request to requests@fitrena.com. Remember to check back every 24 hours since new content is always being added.

If you experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraud, or an accidental billing mistake occurred, you qualify for a refund. After cancelling your account, you should no longer be billed. If you received an invoice to your inbox, after getting a cancellation confirmation email contact Customer Service so we can fix the mistake.
